About Us
Elite Driving Academy has been serving Ventura and Los Angeles counties since 2002. The owner and operator, Michael Burgett, has dedicated his life to the teaching of safe driving practices and techniques, which have made us one of the top-rated driving schools in Southern California.
Meet the Owner
Having been both a firefighter and an emergency medical technician (EMT), Michael has seen firsthand the dangers of unsafe driving. His experience as a youth counselor has given him the patience and understanding needed to work with students of all ages, challenges, and experience levels.
Today, he is a Purple belt in jiujitsu and a grandfather to two incredible grandsons, which give him the commitment to develop Elite Driving Academy drivers for the present and the future to come.
